Southwest Regional Environmental Resource Tool
Regional Reference for Developing/Reviewing Internal/External NEPA Documents

Purpose: This tool will provide information and contacts for identifying potential affected environmental resources related to a specific proposed Federal action. This tool will assist NOAA staff with collecting information necessary for scoping and developing NEPA documents as well as reviewing other agency NEPA documents.
Intended Audience: All NOAA environmental staff that are responsible for NEPA compliance and coordination may find this tool helpful in their work.
